Zero-Tolerance Anti-Fraud Policy

blVcklYfe CLOTHING operates with a strict, professional standard. Our products are made to order, and we protect our business and legitimate customers from fraud, abuse, and chargeback manipulation. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms without exception.


1. All Sales Are Final — No Exceptions for Buyer Error

Due to our print-on-demand production process, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Changing your mind after purchase

  • Disliking the item after it arrives

  • Entering the wrong address

  • Failing to read product descriptions or size charts

All customers are responsible for reviewing their order details before checking out.


2. Damaged or Misprinted Items — Verified Replacements Only

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it only after verification.

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  1. Clear photos of

    • The damaged area

    • The entire item

    • The exterior packaging

    • The shipping label

  2. Your order number

Claims without sufficient evidence will be denied.


3. Lost Packages & Delivery Claims

If the carrier marks the package as Delivered, the order is considered fulfilled.
We do not refund or replace items claimed as “not received” when tracking confirms delivery to the submitted address.

If a package is lost before delivery is confirmed, we will open an investigation with the carrier and replace the item once the loss is validated.


4. Incorrect Address Policy

If the customer enters an incorrect or incomplete address, the responsibility lies solely with the customer.

Returned packages due to incorrect addresses will require additional shipping fees to resend.


5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Made-to-order products

  • Custom items

  • Limited release drops

  • Sale items

  • Any item showing signs of wear, use, or tampering


6. Order Cancellation Window

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
After production begins, cancellation is not possible.


7. Zero-Tolerance Chargeback Policy

We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. Attempted scam activity will be met with full documentation, including:

  • Tracking and delivery confirmation

  • Printing and production logs

  • Order metadata

  • IP and device information

  • Communication records

False claims may result in:

  • Permanent banning from future purchases

  • Reporting to payment processors

  • Investigation for mail fraud or chargeback abuse

We pursue every dispute aggressively to protect our business.
